Term and Conditions
- Glassware, plants and fragile items are not recommended to be included in home delivery to prevent damages. However, a wrapping fee will be charged for customers who prefers glassware, plants and fragile items to be delivered.
- Boxes will be provided for customers who would prefer to pack their loose items. M Global will not provide packing service for these loose items and will not be held liable for any item/packing damages incurred by the customer.
- An additional charge of IDR 180,000 will be incurred for post-delivery assembly.
- Additional purchases within the same day can be included in the delivery. Delivery is only provided for IKEA products.
- Delivery times may vary due to rain, traffic or any unforeseen circumstances. M-Global shall not be held liable for any delay or inconvenience caused.
- The home delivery team will not undertake shifting of furniture, changes in electrical wiring, modifications of any sort except for assembly drilling or services spelled out in the service schedule. M-Global will reserve the rights NOT TO carry out drilling around electrical or plumbing areas.
- M Global shall not be held liable for any damage, loss or injury caused during or after installation (assembly/ drilling) of the furniture/fixtures.
- Assembly service warranty is valid for 100 days from delivery and assembly date.
- IDR 80,000 will be imposed for changes or cancellation made on purchase date. IDR 150,000 will be imposed for cancellations made when the product is still in the warehouse. In any circumstances where items are brought back to the warehouse, the customer will be charged the same rate for delivery.
- For items that do not fit into lifts/building, an additional charge will be imposed for carrying the furniture up.
- The home delivery team will only deliver AS-IS products to the ground floor if product does not fit in the elevator.
